I have over 25 years experience of working with young people including three years of living in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. I thrive on developing and initiating new innovative projects that inspire young people to discover a sense of purpose and destiny, equipped to face and overcome personal challenges.
My passion is to motivate my team to draw on their expertise, experience and creativity and be empowered to develop new projects that support the emotional health and personal well-being of young people. The result is a passionate, resourceful and awesome team of people, who are fulfilled in their role, impacting the lives of thousands of children and young people throughout Herefordshire.
Young people are incredible and were my inspiration to start 2XL Youth Projects, which was launched in 2003.
